Mohamad Al Roumi Mohamad Al Roumi, born 1945 in Aleppo, graduated in Fine Arts in Damascus 1972. He launched his career as a painter, and later turned to photography and short films. His work and is was shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions, his photographs widely published in various cultural fields in Syria, North America and Europe. Mohamad Al Roumi is a founding member of the diasporic art collective Caravane culturelle syrienne. The artist lives and works in Paris. Provenance: First hand from the artist for MKM Gallery.
